The service was extremely cold, almost as if we were a bother to them. The staff were not very keen on providing explanations, and it seemed like they were just counting down the minutes until closing time. When I inquired about the possible issues causing my problem, one of the employees responded with, "It'll cost you $$ just to take a look, and there's no guarantee of a fix." I tried asking for more details, but received the same unhelpful response. To top it off, as I was leaving, the employee didn't even acknowledge me and quickly turned their attention to another customer. Definitely needs some improvement in the customer service department!

I had a really terrible experience with the shop in Mascouche. The man there said my iPad 5 needed welding to fix the charging port, but that wasn't the issue at all. He said it had to be sent to Boisbriand because they had a one-day deadline. I decided to take matters into my own hands and went to Boisbriand. They were able to do the repair in just 2 hours for $140, which was a bit pricey but I was satisfied.

However, when I got home, I realized the screen wasn't working. They were closed for the next 3 days so I had to wait until Tuesday to return. They kept the iPad because they said it wasn't normal. After another 3 days, they still couldn't figure out what was wrong with the screen. They suggested I go to Apple or iCloud for help, but they couldn't assist me further or help me retrieve my data. To make matters worse, they hadn't even backed up my iPad before working on it, so I had to go back to Mascouche on Monday to collect it. They refused to help me with iCloud. It was a complete disaster.

I wouldn't recommend wasting your time and money there. Go find some real professionals who know what they're doing.

Had a right grand time at this shop, I must say. It's our second visit and we're chuffed to bits with the service. The first go-round was to sort out the knackered battery on our old iPad. Today, we popped in to get the battery replaced on another one of our ancient iPhones (we seem to accumulate quite a few over the years). 😂 Their website is top-notch too, with all the nitty-gritty details explained proper-like. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them, no sir. Cheers!

I went in to get my iPhone XR fixed, called ahead and was told it would only take about an hour. Got to the shop at 12:00 and was informed that it would actually be done around 3:15 p.m., quite a letdown. Waited around and returned at 3:15 p.m., only to be told it wasn't quite finished yet and to come back in another hour… pretty standard service.

I 'ad me iPhone screen replaced 'cause it was broken. Afterwards, me screen started to peel off. The 90 day warranty 'ad passed, but they still changed me screen for free!

I popped into this phone repair shop to fix my cracked screen, and decided to get a tempered glass screen protector too for some added security. They assured me that I had a warranty with the receipt. However, less than a week later, my screen was glitching post-repair and ended up cracking again. Upon returning to the shop, I was informed that I needed to pay for the repair again, despite it supposedly being covered by the warranty...

I 'ad mi' Apple watch battery replaced n' they gave it back wi' scratches and damaged the edge of the aluminum frame; the edge of mi' watch 'ad a dent like someone went 'ard wi' a screwdriver. Now, the aluminum on the edge of the screen is crooked.

They didn't want to take responsibility for it, even though it's quite obvious they are the ones who damaged it. I thought it was a very dishonest move of them blokes.
