I 'ad a splendid experience 'ere today. Dave assisted me. My iPad 'as been actin' up, low on battery, and the screen weren't workin' properly. Instead of a cheap fix, Dave gave me fantastic advice. I didn't 'ave the iPad fixed 'ere due to the numerous problems. It weren't worth fixin' as opposed to buyin' another. Dave gave me great advice. I will definitely come back to ibroken in the future if I need a fix. Solid advice, excellent frank discussion. Will definitely use again.

Had a smashing experience with iBroken, mate. My newer iPhone had a bit of an issue, even though it was out of warranty. Wasn't sure if it could be fixed, but they had a gander at it, got in a new part, and sorted it out for me at a cracking rate. Phone's as good as new now and should be tip-top for a couple more years. The staff were top-notch as well. Would highly, highly recommend, cheers!

I 'ad me iPhone XR screen replaced 'ere. They explained in detail the three levels of quality for a replacement screen and replaced me screen the same day. Hopefully I don’t ever break me screen again, but if I do this is where I’m going to again.

I popped into the shop to sort out my S10+ screen replacement. They had to place an order for it, you know. So, when I was there in person and they asked me what phone it was for, I clearly said S10+. The chap took my phone to double-check. Couple of days later, got a call saying the screen had arrived. Went in for the replacement, but turns out they ordered a regular S10 screen, not the +. No luck finding an S10+ screen anywhere in stock. On the bright side, they did refund my deposit, but alas, my screen remains shattered.

The staff was brilliant, place was spotless, everyone was so friendly and incredibly quick. They even rang me back after I tried to call them, which was such a lovely surprise. They replaced my screen in less than an hour. Not only that, they also recommended a top-notch screen protector (which they expertly applied in under 3 minutes). And when I discovered my SIM card needed a different slot, they were there to lend a hand once more. I'd absolutely recommend this place to anyone as clumsy as me!
