Dr. Gbenoba-Okumiahor is hands down one of the finest doctors I've had the pleasure of encountering. It's truly a stroke of luck to be under her care. Not only does she possess a warm and professional bedside manner, but her extensive expertise and holistic view on health instantly instills confidence that you're in capable hands. For once, I feel truly listened to and understood by a doctor, creating a space where reaching my health objectives finally seems attainable. The level of dedication and attention to detail that Dr. Gbenoba-Okumiahor provides for her patients is unparalleled!
Thank you so much, Apollo Health Centre, you guys are absolutely fantastic, quick, and truly compassionate!
My partner is in excruciating pain and the receptionist informed him today that he can no longer be seen at this facility. She was incredibly rude and unhelpful. It's a real shame how our healthcare system is failing us.
This medical center is absolutely brilliant. The lovely reception staff always take excellent care of me. My family physician, Dr. Gbenoba-Okumihor, is truly phenomenal. Words cannot express how fantastic she is. She is incredibly kind, compassionate, and genuinely listens to try to identify the root cause of any health concerns. I am truly grateful!
The receptionist at the front desk can be quite difficult to deal with. Whenever I interact with her, she often makes sarcastic comments or gives unsolicited advice. I recently phoned to schedule an appointment with Dr. Johnson as he had requested, and she questioned why I didn't just see my regular doctor for a medication refill. She then informed me that I couldn't see another doctor simply for a refill and that I would have to wait until next week to be seen as a walk-in patient. For a prescription refill. It might be beneficial to consider hiring a new staff member or addressing this issue.
I just had to take a moment to express my gratitude to Dr. S. Rahman! It's not usually my style to leave reviews, but I simply couldn't resist sharing my positive experience. How wonderful it is to have a doctor who truly listens, cares, and shows compassion. These past few years have been quite challenging, and Dr. Rahman's dedication to investigating and providing assistance, rather than just prescribing medication and rushing through appointments, has made all the difference. Additionally, the entire staff at the medical center is absolutely delightful as well!
I absolutely adore this medical center. I consistently secure an appointment promptly and have never even had the chance to settle in the waiting area before being escorted to a consultation room. The doctors and staff are all exceptional. It's a delightful shift from the usual experience!
It's quite peculiar that I find myself leaving a review about a medical center, but I must say, their level of professionalism and helpfulness was truly commendable!
My family and I were able to secure prompt appointments, encountered courteous service, and interacted with compassionate nurses and doctors who attentively listened to our concerns.
I recently began seeing Dr. Gbenoba as my family doctor at the Medical Center. My family and I urgently needed a doctor as we were expecting our first baby imminently. Following the delivery of my baby via c-section, I experienced fever, chills, and signs of infection around the incision site, which I had expressed concerns about multiple times at the red deer hospital.
About 1.5 weeks postpartum, I noticed a small leakage of fluid from the incision, accompanied by severe inflammation, pain, and swelling in my abdomen. Unsure of what to do, my mother advised me to place a temporary menstrual pad to contain the fluid until I could visit my family doctor. During the appointment, I detailed my symptoms to Dr. Gbenoba, explaining my suspicions of an infection due to the leaking incision. I even showed her a video of the fluid leakage for further insight, as it was too painful for me to closely observe. Despite this, she only swabbed the fluid, downplayed the severity, and prescribed oral antibiotics without addressing the comprehensive care I needed.
I also mentioned the hard, red, swollen area above the incision but was dismissed with the explanation that it was a normal part of the postpartum process. Unsatisfied with the lack of attention to my condition, my mother, who had prior experience with surgical recoveries, intervened and insisted on seeking a second opinion in Edmonton.
Within three days, my condition worsened, with increased leaking from the wound. Thankfully, the doctors in Edmonton promptly assessed the situation, provided wound care, administered IV antibiotics, conducted an ultrasound, and prescribed stronger pain medications. Thanks to their expertise and attentive care, my recovery has progressed significantly, with reduced inflammation and swelling.
Following this distressing experience with Dr. Gbenoba's inadequate treatment and lack of expertise, my family and I have decided to seek alternative medical care.
I had a tremendous experience at this medical center. Dr. AHMED was absolutely fantastic, demonstrating exceptional care and consideration for his patients. Cheers to the team for a top-notch service!
I'm absolutely thrilled to have Dr. Kauchali as my physician. He is extremely receptive to alternative medicine and dedicated to exploring non-pharmaceutical solutions. Our bodies have remarkable self-healing capabilities, and tapping into them is far more beneficial than relying solely on pills. If I had been under the care of a doctor who only pushed medications, I shudder to think where I'd be today, or if I'd even be here at all!

Hello,
I would like to bring to the attention of the medical center's owner that there seems to be an issue with the customer service at this location. Upon inquiring about pricing details, I was met with rude and unprofessional behavior from the receptionist. The response I received was along the lines of "we charge whatever we want, don't come here if you can't pay."
I believe it is important to address this matter promptly as it is not the first time such behavior has been encountered. Thank you for looking into this.
The receptionists at this Medical Center were really quite rude and seemed rather uneducated. I stood there waiting for them to acknowledge me, but they were too busy gossiping amongst themselves to even say hello. When they finally stopped talking, the receptionist didn't give me a chance to explain what I needed or offer any assistance at all. It was a very disappointing experience.
It was my first visit to the Medical Center. The service was friendly, thorough, and the doctor even took the time to call me back, despite being busy until 7:30 in the evening. He is a dedicated physician.
I was trying to call and schedule an appointment this morning at around 8:20am, and the receptionist who answered the phone seemed rather uneducated. According to their website, their hours of operation are from 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. However, when I called, she answered in a very impolite manner, instructing me to call back during their supposed hours and mentioning that she hadn't even started up her computer yet. She then abruptly ended the call before I could even explain myself or apologize.
I was truly taken aback by the lack of professionalism displayed. It seems that she is not suitable for a customer-facing role, as she lacks the patience and compassion required to interact with others effectively.
My physician was brilliant and provided me with all the necessary information. The front desk staff were also incredibly friendly and accommodating.
I was turned away because I hadn't been vaccinated and they advised me to get a Covid test instead.
The medical center has a pleasant and professional team of doctors and staff. However, it's important to note that they require patients to remove their shoes in the waiting room. The waiting area is mostly covered in laminate flooring with only two small rugs, leading to water puddles from wet shoes. This may result in cold and damp feet, which could be uncomfortable for individuals with foot issues, mobility impairments, Raynaud's syndrome, or circulation problems. It would be beneficial if patients with such concerns bring slippers or indoor shoes. It seems surprising that a medical facility wouldn't address this issue by ensuring a dry and warm environment for patients.
