Twice I had to make the trip back to the store just to get the security tag taken off. The cashier, a certain Ryan, seemed to think she was doing me a favor by simply performing her duties. Shocking lack of customer service skills. What's more, upon reviewing my receipt, the item that should have been 50% off had mysteriously remained full price. Just a heads up: there are some lovely and helpful cashiers there, thankfully.

I reckon they ought to consider switching things up to "retail-ation" instead. The prices are pretty much at retail or near it for most of the items. Granted, there are a couple of things that are on sale (like the Waterpik showerhead or inflatable boats), but most of the merchandise is not discounted. There's a whole bunch of items just sitting there gathering dust. Customers are discerning and far from naive - no need to underestimate them like that.

I've visited this shop several times, and I must say it's a jolly good place! They have a wide variety of top-notch items like rugs, attire, gadgets, bedding, and all sorts of bits and bobs. The store was rather spick and span and well-arranged during our recent visit. The chaps working there were quite courteous and ready to assist us. We make it a point to drop by every 4 or 5 months. I popped down to check out a Sound bar. Can you believe it? The cost - even for refurbished or second-hand - was exactly ON PAR with what Costco and BestBuy were offering for brand new ones! They had this big ol' stack of older models, but not a single price in sight and they were lookin' a bit worse for wear, if you ask me. Quite the letdown! Think I'll opt for purchasing online or heading into a store where I can get a warranty. Bit of a shame, really!

This seems to be the place where your Costco returns end up. It's not too shabby, but the discounts on open or damaged items are rather meager. In some cases, it's hard to tell if there's any reduction at all. Take, for instance, a Chase Paw Patrol rescue toy that originally retailed for $59.99 at Costco. Here, it's still being sold at the same price despite having a battered box. While the toy itself can fetch close to $100, I must say that the pricing here doesn't quite hit the mark. There are a few decent finds, but it appears that a fair amount of merchandise should probably just head straight for the dumpster.

I must say, this Liquidator establishment has truly disappointed me. I purchased an item that turned out to be non-operational, and when I tried to return it outside the 7-day window, they were unwilling to accommodate my situation. Despite my efforts to explain the circumstances preventing me from meeting their deadline, they seemed more inclined to leave me with a defective product than to provide any sort of resolution. Not only did they fail to offer a solution, but they also retained my money without a care in the world. It's a complete swindle!
Their disregard for customer satisfaction is appalling, to say the least. They seem willing to let go of loyal patrons over a mere 20-30 dollars. The lackluster customer service, starting from the store manager, is absolutely shocking. I strongly advise against making any purchases from that establishment!

Just a fortnight ago, I snagged some camping cots for a mere $44.99 apiece, an absolute steal. They also stock a varied selection of homeware items, all at fantastic prices.

The pricing seems a bit suspect for most of the items on offer. Despite being a liquidation sale promising lower prices, many items are priced very closely to their original value, if not the same. Moreover, the items are pre-owned and in a dirty condition, with no option to inspect them as they are sealed in boxes. For instance, vacuum cleaners filled with debris and dust are being sold for $149-220 or more. There's even a kettle with a calcium ring inside. When it comes to toys, similar prices are slapped on items regardless of missing pieces. It's puzzling to see dish racks priced at $45 when they could be found for less at Costco or Amazon. While clothing and bedding seem to be reasonably priced, other items don't quite offer the sought-after liquidation discounts.
