I must say that my experience with Emmanuelle Fleury representing me in a separation case with shared custody of the children was quite disappointing. We had to go to court for certain non-financial matters, while financial matters were scheduled to be addressed later at a case conference. However, less than three hours before the trial, Mr. Fleury threatened to withdraw if I didn't provide him with financial documents that weren't even necessary for the current hearing. I assured him that I would provide the documents once my accountant had prepared them, but he still abandoned me just an hour before the hearing.

In my personal view, Mr. Fleury did not adequately protect my interests. Fortunately, my new lawyer from a different firm was able to effectively advocate for my rights, contrary to what Mr. Fleury believed was impossible. Furthermore, his abrupt and untimely behavior during our interactions made the whole situation extremely uncomfortable.

Although the firm agreed to reduce the fees as compensation, the whole experience was deeply distressing and traumatic for me.
