Trevor completed the insulation in my home in the spring of '23. He recommended 5" in the ceiling and 3" in the walls to meet code requirements. The invoice confirms this is what was provided. Recently, I encountered an issue with a vent pipe and had to remove some spray foam to discover the roof was only 2½" away. I shared this information with Trevor, and he clarified that this was not within his responsibility and he would not take any action to correct it. I am disappointed that my new construction has insufficient insulation after investing in what I believed would be top-notch results.
I recommend conducting a thorough inspection of his work yourself!
