I understand how tough things have been since the pandemic hit. Let's all come together to support each other by shopping local and supporting local businesses. My service request was made on June 6, 2024 - can you believe it? I was dreaming of getting a new heat pump and central system! But, alas, it's now November 21st and I still haven't heard back or received any service. So frustrating! Eventually, on January 20, 2025, I had to reach out to another HVAC company to check on my heat pump. Finally, on February 3, I was able to get a new heat pump with a subsidy from Hydro Québec Énergie Star. Huge thanks to my Guardian Angel who helped me through this ordeal!
