By ‘eck, this were the worst company we ‘ave ever ‘ad to deal with. We rang ‘em up and they come out to figure out what were wrong with our heating element, and within 5 minutes they were tellin’ us it were dirty filters. The bloke took ‘em out and gave ‘em to me husband to clean. We did as we were told and put ‘em back in the element. Then they sends us an invoice for over $100.00 for a service call, and the bloke were done in 5 minutes, without inspectin’ anythin’ else to see if everythin’ was workin’. But our heater still weren’t workin’ right. This were durin’ the holidays, mind you. We tried to contact ‘em numerous times, but all we got were an answerin’ machine sayin’ they were busy or out of the office. So we waits until after New Year's and we rings ‘em up again, explainin’ that our heater still ain’t heatin’ properly, can’t turn off, and no light nor even any indication of how much heat there be. The receptionist says they can come out again but will charge another service call fee. We tells ‘em not to charge us ‘cause they ain’t fixed the original issue. She says WE WILL BE CHARGED A SERVICE CALL regardless of whether it be 5 minutes or an hour (they go by the hour, ya know). Me husband says since the service only took 5-10 minutes, they owes us 50 minutes. But the receptionist says that ain’t how they operates. We thanked ‘em and put down the phone. Never, ever will we ring these jokers again. They’re only out to make a quick quid and don’t give a fig about customer service.

Made the switch from an Oil to Propane furnace with Byers. While they weren't the most budget-friendly option, they provided a competitive quote promptly. Purchased a mini air conditioner and then a mini-split a couple of years ago, and still had their estimate to install a humidifier. The former representative, Charlie, was attentive and helpful. After he left the company, I requested that they install a new BBQ propane line, which they were already aware of. Despite this being planned in advance (I was told it only required a two-week notice), I was informed that they were too busy. After appealing to the owner, particularly reminding him that I had recently bought two significant items from them and paid promptly, he reconsidered and had his team install it. However, I was billed well above the market rate.

When I wanted to discuss this invoice, they refused to address it and insisted on immediate payment. I complied. When I mentioned that I still needed them to install the humidifier, I was told to seek another company.

This June, I reached out to them to repair my less than three-year-old Lennox AC, and they declined to service it.
