I've been a subscriber for a good few years now and still feeling motivated as ever! Big shoutout to my trainer Charles, who's been guiding me for over 5 years - top bloke! The team at the gym gives you a warm welcome and they're always there for support. The gym itself is spotless with a great vibe. Definitely worth checking out!

I walk into the gym, and there are two people at the reception desk, neither of whom acknowledges my presence. I patiently wait for their attention, and when they finally look my way, I greet them with a friendly hello. It feels like I'm the one providing customer service! I express my interest in signing up for a membership, and they casually gesture towards a table, instructing me to go there and wait.

As I sit there for 10 minutes, two other clients come in and are promptly assisted while I continue to wait. After another 10 minutes pass, totaling 20 minutes of waiting just to sign some paperwork (no need for a tour as I was already familiar with the gym from previous visits), I decide enough is enough. I get up, bid them a good evening, and make it clear that I am not pleased with the lackluster service.

Absolutely dreadful customer service experience. I arrived fully prepared to purchase a membership and dedicate myself to my workout regimen. Instead, the individual handed me a perplexing form with odd inquiries like "who is your employer?" and vanished for 20 minutes. Upon returning, he casually stated that the membership would cost around $750, without clarifying if this amount includes taxes or not. He seemed clueless as to why this price differed from the one advertised on the website and made no effort to showcase the facility. Thank you for wasting my time entirely.
