They are ever so friendly and helpful. Truly one of the finest government offices around.

Nah, not at all! The staff is just a tad rude and full of themselves.
Eugene Hayes (2025-04-17, 7:20 a.m.):
Top-notch service! The staff were ever so patient and resourceful, I must say.

If ye be plannin' on takin' a driver's test 'ere in any form, me advise ye to steer clear. The big gray-haired tub o' lard will leave ye with regrets, whether ye fail or pass.
Kathleen Rogers (2025-04-09, 10:20 a.m.):
I must say, the individual I interacted with in person was terribly unpleasant. It was truly the most dreadful experience.

I attempted to call no less than 10 times a day for a full week, yet all I encountered was a continuous busy signal.

Cheers to Amherst Access.
Victoria Morales (2025-04-06, 10:20 a.m.):
Absolutely abysmal customer service, my friend. I highly recommend making your way over to Truro if you have the chance.
Austin Martinez (2025-04-04, 9:42 a.m.):
Absolutely brilliant service....We've popped into this spot in Amherst NS on a couple of different occasions for a few different reasons as we transitioned from Ont to Nova Scotia transplants. Every single time, the staff has been incredibly friendly, polite, helpful, and patient, especially a young chap named Josh who helped us on two of those occasions during the Covid pandemic of 2021. Outstanding work by the whole team and big props to management too.
