Hedda skillfully arranged a bouquet of fresh, vibrant flowers that truly exceeded our expectations. The quality of the flowers is exceptional. I am absolutely thrilled with the outcome. Hedda was incredibly friendly, well-informed, and delivered outstanding customer service. It was truly commendable. I cannot recommend Mel’s Flowers highly enough.

Purchased a slightly disappointing bouquet for Mother's Day at $75, which came with the vase and local delivery. It was a hectic period for the shop, so only the 'designer/florists' choice was available. We were informed it would still be a chic floral arrangement. If we had known the selection would be so limited, we might have opted for a plant instead. The combination of 5/6 peach gerberas, 4 peach tiger lilies, and a red vase makes one question the color coordination at the shop. Adding some white flowers or baby's breath could have enhanced the arrangement. It lacked creativity! After seeing pictures of other customers' bouquets, I wonder what they paid for theirs. On a positive note, the phone service was very friendly and the delivery was prompt.

I can't recommend Mel's enough – they truly are top-notch. Not to mention, they are all such lovely people too!
