I would like to rate this establishment with zero stars, if only I could! This place is absolutely dreadful! I've been a customer for more than a decade, recently made an e-transfer with documented proof of the transaction, and all of a sudden, I fell victim to fraud, resulting in money being siphoned from my account! E-transfers are supposed to be reversible! Despite providing evidence, the bank proceeded to withdraw funds without considering my documentation and callously informed me that they wouldn't reimburse me for the losses due to fraud. After years of faithfully paying them interest and enduring excessive charges for exceeding my transaction limits by just a dollar each time, this treatment is simply outrageous! This bank is, without a doubt, the worst I have ever encountered! I intend to share my negative experience far and wide. Avoid this bank at all costs. A quick search online revealed similar situations happening to other individuals, and I came across a story involving TD BANK where the bank actually refunded the person affected and stood by their client. Terrible business practices, avoid at all costs!
