I kindly request that you cease directing individuals to Pillar5 Pharma. The work environment there is absolutely dreadful, I must say. Management and their supposed trainers think it acceptable to raise their voices, yell and intimidate staff into grasping the intricacies of their roles. They shame employees in front of their colleagues, and the full-time staff are overwhelmed and under immense pressure to meet highly impractical production goals. Furthermore, any mistakes made by new recruits are unfairly attributed to them. Working at Pillar5 Pharma for just 6 weeks has left me with anxiety, no less. It is quite evident why they struggle to retain their employees, wouldn't you agree?
