I visited the distillery on Mother's Day Sunday and was absolutely impressed by the ambiance, variety of options, and the incredibly delightful staff. I was assisted by Danika, who was only on her fourth day of work, but she was fantastic. A valuable addition to your establishment. We will definitely return.

London Richard, a renowned mixologist, shared his extensive expertise with us, providing an overview, demonstration, and personalized guidance as we concocted an array of drinks using his signature recipes. The afternoon was truly delightful. Eau Claire and the team were incredibly generous with the ingredients and the goodies we took home. The charcuterie from VDG Salumi was simply exquisite. A delightful jaunt an hour's drive from Calgary, the tour and tasting experience was a steal at $15. Informative and engaging, it truly is a hidden gem for enthusiasts of gin, vodka, or scotch who appreciate craft spirits. Opted for the cocktail flight platter where one can indulge in four of the deadly sins for just $18 – a real treat! The cocktails were simply exquisite. The charcuterie platters were expertly prepared and delicious as well. I made sure to stock up on their G&T in a can – two cases, to be precise. My only query would be why the same G&T in a can costs $12 at a liquor store in Calgary? This establishment would receive a glowing five-star rating if they could shed some light on this mystery.

I recently visited this place and was served by Josh. The service was top-notch and the drinks were absolutely delicious. Although I reside in Calgary, I am definitely planning to make a return visit. Josh informed us that the kitchen was closed and only a charcuterie board was available, which was exactly what we were looking for! The charcuterie board paired wonderfully with the drinks. We sampled the whiskey and Caesar flight (a tip: try squeezing lime into the Stampede rye, it enhances the flavor in our opinion), an espresso martini (seasonal and incredibly creamy!), and a full-size Three Point vodka (our favorite Caesar from the flight). A perfect 10 out of 10 experience!

We had the most splendid time at the distillery today. Four of us (my dear mother, my brother, a family friend, and myself) had booked a tour and tasting. Interestingly enough, we were the only ones scheduled for that time slot, granting us an exclusive private tour. Our guide was truly exceptional, possessing a wealth of knowledge and taking the effort to provide us with a comprehensive overview. Naturally, the spirits were exquisite, though this came as no surprise to me, as I have sampled a variety of them before. Many thanks to Eau Claire for this fantastic experience; we will certainly be spreading the word among our acquaintances and bringing friends and family who visit town to partake in this delightful experience as well.

Well, let me tell you about our experience at The Speak Easy for lunch and a couple of drinks! The charcuterie board was simply divine, just perfect for sharing between two. And let me not forget to mention the Gin Flights - absolutely delightful. But what truly stole the show was the Watermelon Margarita, it was simply outstanding! The entire establishment is a masterpiece of art and whimsy that truly transports you back in time. A must-visit if you ever find yourself in Turner Valley!

The service was top-notch, with the lasses being ever so accommodating and professional, even in the face of a rather unsavory incident involving the bartender Billy. Upon witnessing his less-than-polite behavior towards his fellow colleagues, my companions and I made the decision to depart posthaste. Rest assured, we shall return on a day when that chap is not on duty!
