I was really pleased with how fast I was in and out of there as well. It didn't feel like a pushy sales pitch like my old dentist, who kept trying to sell me other services. I will definitely be returning there.

I phoned Alpen Dental as it was conveniently located near my residence, and they were able to fit me in within 4 hours of my call. The reception staff were very welcoming and also provided me with useful information about my insurance coverage (which happened to be a new plan for me.) I barely spent any time in the waiting room, which had a light and calming ambiance. I had consultations with both Dr. Cooke and Dr. Negam, and I cannot emphasize enough how much I appreciate them both! They are knowledgeable, gentle, and strive to ensure their patients are at ease. I was presented with all available treatment options, and any queries or worries I had were promptly addressed. I can genuinely say that I departed from Alpen Dental with a smile on my face! I can't recall ever visiting a dentist who made me laugh!! My overall experience was exceptional with zero complaints.
