If you had asked me a year ago to leave a review, it would have been a five-star one. We had been using neolore for many years without any issues. However, they recently changed their policy which now requires us to pay for billable hours in advance, even before we actually require them! We had an urgent issue that needed attention, and instead of completing the work and sending us an invoice for the time spent, they insisted that we purchase a bulk of hours upfront, even though the task at hand would likely only take a maximum of two hours.

This approach may be standard for other companies, but in my opinion, it borders on being unethical.

I might just as well set up my own company and start demanding payment for services not yet rendered!

I must admit, I was deeply disappointed. We had received excellent service from them for years, and they are knowledgeable in their field. However, I am not willing to pay for something that I have not yet received and may not even end up needing.
