I have a custom-built SFFPC that I put together myself. While upgrading the M2 Storage on my machine, I managed to inadvertently disable my motherboard, leaving me unable to boot into the bios even after reverting all the parts back to their original configuration. Frustrated to the point of wanting to toss my computer out the window, I reached out to 6 companies/shops here in Montreal and Simon was the first to respond. He was genuine, incredibly knowledgeable, and professional. The other companies had a two-week service delay and seemed somewhat bothered by my inquiry. On the other hand, Simon not only eagerly offered his assistance but also demonstrated a true passion for custom PCs and a genuine desire to help.
SGXTECH (Simon) provided top-notch service from start to finish. He showed up with a wide array of tools, a portable workstation, and an impressive understanding of what might be causing the issue based on my assessment. In no time, he had my machine back in working order, assisted me with additional optimizations, and even went the extra mile for impeccable cable management. As a fellow enthusiast of tidy cables, I greatly appreciated his attention to detail.
In conclusion, SGXTECH is hands down the quickest support I've ever experienced. The computer I purchased from that chap had a dodgy stick of RAM, I made an effort to reach out via email to get to the bottom of my PC woes but he went quiet on me. I ended up splashing out on a fresh stick of RAM and fitting it in meself. I did mention that it was chugging along below 100 frames per second on low settings. Once I swapped out the RAM, my PC was running smooth as silk with no hiccups.

It took him nearly 2 hours to assemble my PC. Throughout the process, he provided lots of information. Sadly, he couldn't manage to make my PC start up at all. He tried rebuilding it, but no luck.
He informed me that I needed to purchase a new motherboard as there seemed to be an issue with the current one. Then, he invoiced me for the full amount until I contested it. Eventually, he lowered the price by only $50, leaving me with a bill of over $150.
I then took my PC to my friend who lives a bit further away, which is why I had Simon come to me in the first place, and in just 30 minutes, my computer was working perfectly.
I messaged Simon about the situation, but he completely ignored me.
For those with a new PC, I would not suggest Simon, as he appears to struggle with troubleshooting on these modern builds.
