A fantastic spot for purchasing a computer, the staff is highly skilled with quality merchandise. I would rate it 5 stars, but occasionally the prices are a tad bit steep. Nonetheless, a remarkable store :)

I 'ave visited this spot many a time o'er many moons and it 'as become me top spot fer all me IT needs. They adapt to the knowledge of their clients, whether they be experienced or a greenhorn, anyone can navigate easily.

Certain employees (Bless ya Éric) were able to find solutions beyond me expectations and which proved to be a real lasting solution at a fraction of the expected price. They 'ave been able to help me and give me exceptional service all these years and I will continue to pop into this shop, even if it 'as just changed its name to IT Solution (instead of Microbytes) Hoping that the prices, parts availability and service remains as excellent as before.

The personnel are very knowledgeable and they respond to inquiries excellently. It's been about a month since I had my computer built there and it's a proper beast. It functions superbly and they did a brilliant job of making it aesthetically pleasing despite a somewhat tricky case. The staff accommodated my build exceptionally well and the prices are pretty much on par with what you can find online. They charge barely more than what they paid for the parts. (Comparing to Amazon or other stores, the difference is at most 20-30 dollars, which practically covers the shipping cost, with the added benefit of the store offering a warranty on the assembled computer!). They won't let you leave with any inconvenient surprises, and if there are doubts during the build process, they will call you to discuss different pricing solutions based on your needs and budget before proceeding.

They have also fixed my boyfriend's computer twice and we received outstanding service both times. They were also flexible with the payment method for my computer; the owner is very pleasant, just like his staff. I bought nearly all my components there, as well as my screen, and I don't regret it. The team is just as efficient as their machines :) Thanks for everything.

UPDATE: 1 year later, my computer is still running perfectly. They continue to assist me with any queries I have about specific features and provide valuable advice on purchasing compatible parts for the upgrades I want to make to my PC. Despite my limited knowledge in this area, the staff always takes the time to explain things and never take advantage of the customer's lack of know-how to make a profit. I also had a fan on my laptop repaired there (another computer I purchased pre-built elsewhere). Everything is working flawlessly.

In summary, the employees are extremely attentive. This is the best computer service I have ever experienced.
