Absolutely dreadful experience! The lack of transparency is shocking - they conveniently fail to mention the 12-month subscription lock-in period. I foolishly shelled out a significant sum for services that were utterly worthless. If only I could award them a negative five stars!

I recently went to have a new SSD installed in my laptop. I paid for the installation and the part, but when I got it back, the mouse pad wasn't working. I took it back to them after 5 days, and they informed me that they had forgotten the part and only gave me a mouse instead. When I got home and tried to turn on my laptop, it wouldn't even power up. I went back to the shop, and they gave me a $50 gift card, which they said was just for the service fee. Overall, I would not recommend this place as they wasted my time and money.

Absolutely dreadful customer service experience. I attempted to obtain a basic receipt for the charges made to my credit card, but it seems impossible for anyone to provide one. I've had conversations with the call center on numerous occasions as well as with the local store, yet no one can seem to produce a simple receipt. It's imperative that they understand Canadian businesses are obligated by law to provide receipts to customers.

As per the CRA guidelines:
"In Canada, it is mandatory for merchants to issue a receipt, which must include any terms and conditions printed on it."

Absolutely cracking experience, mate! Rodney from the Geek Squad swung by our bachelor pad to sort out the rafter mount flat screen TV installation. He did a proper job with those hand-crafted L brackets to hold up the telly, even busted out my welder and torches to make 'em look smashing. And let me tell ya, the beer was chilled to perfection! #longliveflinthilllodge.. Can't recommend Rodney enough, a true bloke of talent.
