I've got 2 computers from Northern Protocol, and I've had to ask for help with some problems a few times. What really stood out to me was:

First off: They never make me feel dumb. I'm not great with computer jargon, but the staff always explain things in a way that makes sense to me.

Secondly: They're always honest and genuine. No beating around the bush. If there's a real issue, they'll tell you straight up, without trying to sell you extra stuff. I trust them completely. They really care about fixing the problem.

Thirdly: Their prices are fair. Sometimes I walk away thinking, "Shouldn't that have cost more?"

And lastly: You can always reach them. Ever wish you could talk to a real person to help you fix your problem? Yeah, me too. That's what you get with Northern Protocol. They're quick, looking out for you, and genuinely want to help. I've got other friends who aren't half as helpful!

He was keen to help with any issues and stayed on the line to ensure everything was functioning correctly. A solid 10/10 for Northern Protocol, I would definitely use their services again.

I've been a customer for over a year now, and I've had exceptional service from Northern Protocol. The first time, they didn't even charge me because the repair for my MacBook would have been too expensive. Instead, they recommended that I buy a new one to save money. When I brought in my iMac for a new superdrive, they did their best to get it to me quickly. However, when I received it back, I encountered some problems. They even picked it up from my home for me! Although the repair took some time (not their fault for the wait), they made it right. The owner called me personally, apologized, and gave me a store discount for the inconvenience.
