Quite a pity to see a Tim Hortons closing down at this time. It seems to be a common occurrence all over Quebec. Montreal and the neighboring areas are feeling the effects of it. Hopefully, they can come up with a solution like installing a self-serve machine. Even better, it would be great if Dunkin' Donuts could seize this opportunity and make a comeback in Quebec. This way, truckers and travelers would have access to fresh coffee on the go.

Waited 20 minutes inside. They forgot our drink even after asking 3 times and served the drinks of customers who arrived after us. I also ordered bacon sausage wraps for takeout and they were missing an egg in each wrap. The lack of organization was very disappointing.

Just got back from a show in Mtl, saw a sign saying open 24 hours.
But when we rolled up, no service whatsoever. And we weren't the only ones, 3 cars did a U-turn after us.
Quite a letdown, I must say. Could you at least switch off your sign, please?
Edward Diaz (2025-08-09, 8:52 a.m.):
On the thirteenth of July, seven twenty in the evening, a Saturday, we pulled up to the drive-thru. As a passenger, I didn't catch a glimpse of the displayed menu. We took our time deciding on our order. There wasn't a car waiting behind us. The server at the speaker seemed rushed to move us along. She called out to us twice in quick succession. Then, we overheard the server joking with another girl about our "delay," followed by laughter and loud guffaws. We were appalled and decided to drive to a different Tim Hortons further down the road.

Quick and polite service! Ideal for a swift visit before hitting the road, with a cup of coffee to go.
Emily Myers (2025-08-06, 12:02 p.m.):
There's always somethin' wrong, I asks for a coffee with 1 sweetener, no milk and 1 fruit bat. But what arrives? A coffee with cream! Oh dear me!
Ronald Anderson (2025-08-03, 1:33 a.m.):
Quite jolly in general, but over the past year, I've noticed that the grins have become few and far between. Cheers!
Cynthia Reed (2025-08-02, 9:36 p.m.):
Quite messy loos... Good thing the Tim is still open, unlike the one at the 10 Orford exit. The faucet barely trickles water. The hand dryer is out of order... The urinal for gents is not working. And the family toilet is also out of order...
Peter Hughes (2025-07-31, 1:29 a.m.):
The loo be right grim: walls covered in wee, bins overflowing with rubbish, and sink all mucky.
Emma Reynolds (2025-07-30, 7:52 p.m.):
Quite filthy establishment, lacking toilet paper in the lavatories, floors strewn with crumbs where the staff tread about. I happened to visit around 1:45 a.m., when the place was not bustling, yet the employees appeared unfazed by the state of affairs. Quite off-putting, I must say, and I have no intentions of returning to such a place.
Sarah Kim (2025-07-25, 3:51 p.m.):
The lass be standin' by herself on the floor, till she realizes she's got some customers at the counter. She flings a nod and starts yellin' at the other workin' folk at the back of the joint. There be 4 employees not on duty in the restaurant, me family and I witnessed a dodgy transaction between the employees and some Tesla fella who showed up. The 4 off-duty employees were quick to greet 'is arrival, and all the staff in the place rushed over. So we 'ad to wait for the deal to be done, and the timbits we finally got were ancient, dried up, and not up to scratch... Come on Tim Horton, sort it out. That was our experience at that Tim joint yesterday, at the end o' the day.
Virginia Parker (2025-07-23, 6:17 a.m.):
Quite a lengthy wait in the drive-thru. Staff exuding a rather robust demeanor.
Gloria Fisher (2025-07-22, 8:21 p.m.):
Terrible service, absolutely vile - I say, she plopped her massive fingers sans gloves right into my coffee cup. And, can you believe it, when I requested a humble glass of water, they had the gall to inform me I'd have to pay for it. Oh, the state of the world we find ourselves in. Truly, the most abysmal service one could fathom.
Patricia Diaz (2025-07-22, 8:45 a.m.):
Oh dear, that's simply dreadful.
Megan Diaz (2025-07-22, 8:29 a.m.):
There always seems to be something missing, the order never seems right, and the coffee just isn't up to scratch.
Logan Harris (2025-07-18, 4:38 p.m.):
Service.....what service. I visited six coffee shops during our 10 days in Canada and only had to wait a good 15 minutes at least to be served at two of them. Not worth it... you can find much better coffee and pastries at any nearby place.
Kelly Rodriguez (2025-07-17, 3:20 p.m.):
I 'aven't been there for several months. You should pop over to McDonald's next door instead, love. They offer fast and courteous service every morning. Cheers!
Susan Smith (2025-07-17, 12:30 a.m.):
A very lovely waitress who was kind enough to take our order in the car even though we had missed the order terminal, thanks again to her for her patience
Ashley Nguyen (2025-07-16, 7:16 a.m.):
Dodgy fast food joint, tables never get a wipe down, bins overflowing, odd pong, service slower than a turtle, kids working there seem to be having a shindig, terrible customer care, won't be setting foot in there again. Visited around 1 p.m. And donut selection was disappointing, shelves nearly bare.
Ashley Ortiz (2025-07-07, 9:24 p.m.):
Lovely clean toilets, well-stocked counter, and service with a smile 🙂. Absolutely chuffed!
