I brought my phone to get the screen repaired. I went a couple of times, and they couldn't find my phone. Finally, on my third visit, they still couldn't locate it and told me to come back the next day. I insisted I wouldn't leave without my phone this time. The employee informed me that the person who brought it in was off that day. I insisted they contact him as I had already been there three times. After several customers came in, he finally decided to call the guy, who confirmed that my phone was there and fixable. It had been sitting there for over a month. In my opinion, the service was terrible.

I had a rather unfortunate experience at the cell phone store recently. I waited for over 10 days for parts, and when I finally got my phone back, it had various issues. The functions and volume button no longer worked properly, and the screen was overly sensitive during calls, causing all sorts of unintended actions. Just yesterday, despite being in an OtterBox case in my cup holder, the screen went black with lines all over it. When I returned to the store, I received poor service as they blamed the issue on my case being too tight, rather than taking responsibility for the faulty repairs. I am greatly disappointed and will not be returning or recommending this place to others. I prefer to support local businesses, but in this case, I will be taking my business elsewhere. It's frustrating to have spent $220 only to now have to get my phone properly fixed somewhere else.

The shop swore blind they hadn't mucked it up, but after a bit of back and forth, they caved and made it right. Hold your horses, though! The home button is still a bit wonky. Shoddy work or dodgy parts, who can say? I'd say steer clear of their service, if you ask me.
