I popped by yesterday because my tires were gasping for air.

I walked in and asked the chap at the front desk if someone could lend me a hand. Without missing a beat, he said, "Of course, just pull over to the first bay."

A lad dashed out, actually inspected my door and tires to ensure they were pumped up to the proper pressure. He didn't just take a stab at it.

The shop declined to accept any payment for the service.

I attempted to tip the young man for inflating the tires, but he wouldn't accept the cash. I had to run after him into the store to make sure he took it.

They were friendly and attended to me promptly. I would certainly choose them again without hesitation.

I recently took my vehicle to this place due to a major rear seal leak. Initially, I was quoted a price but when I asked for the total, it was significantly higher than what I had been told. I stood my ground and insisted that they couldn't increase the total without my approval first. Eventually, they honored the original quote but mentioned that I would need to pay for the parts they had replaced. Reluctantly, I agreed, paid close to $2000, and left.

Less than a month later, while driving on the highway with my son, my vehicle started making strange noises and emitting a burning smell. I pulled over to find oil everywhere. After getting it towed back to their shop, they informed me that my rear seal had broken again, causing my engine to fail. However, they argued that the engine failure was so severe that it caused the rear seal to break, absolving them of any responsibility. I had documentation proving that a full inspection had been done on my vehicle less than four weeks prior, yet the owner, Art, denied this fact despite the evidence right in front of me.

This whole ordeal has been a nightmare. I refuse to pay thousands of dollars for a new engine when the initial repair should have been done correctly in the first place. Despite my attempts to escalate the issue to higher authorities or even contact the company's headquarters, I found no luck in reaching anyone beyond the local level.

The level of unprofessionalism displayed by this shop is outrageous. Art yelled at me over the phone, displaying a complete lack of kindness and a threatening demeanor. The work is overpriced, poorly executed, and they fail to uphold their promises. And judging by similar experiences shared by others, it seems like I'm not the only one who has faced such troubles.

I strongly advise keeping a safe distance from this establishment. I have supporting documents, messages, and evidence to back up all my claims. It's disheartening to see my reviews continuously being deleted, but I refuse to stay silent about this appalling experience.

My missus had a battery problem early in the morning after a bit of snow. I gave them a bell, and by half past ten, they had a fresh battery ready for me.
I took the old one back, and they installed the new battery in my motor as I struggle with my back.
I didn't even have to mention it.
I forgot to get my loyalty card stamped, so I had to pop back. No bother there, and they were more than happy to sort it out.
Saved me a jaunt to another town and appreciated the assistance!

I 'anded it two stars only because it's not fair to penalize the staff..but after 'earing 'ow the owner 'andles 'imself on the blower while chattin' to a customer after 'is shop did damage to their vehicle and then the customer gets two different answers (Lies)...the owner continues to spread false information about another tire shop in town and tells the customer to F off and 'angs up on 'im ...very rude and unprofessional.. Just for 'ow the owner 'andled 'imself on the blower 'e will get none of my business...
