If ye be doin' contract work fer them, make sure ye set yer prices high on account o' all the safety concerns.. and the employees are not at all friendly. They also be averse to ye sharin' yer concerns, and if ye dare speak up, they'll try to kick ye out of the plant. Arrr!

The biggest factory I've ever visited. Very well-organized. The staff is friendly and like to joke around during breaks, etc.
Jennifer Gonzales (2025-06-13, 12:29 a.m.):
Feeling so defeated...I love Honda but our local dealership is simply dreadful. We keep receiving recalls for fuel injectors and they just brush it off. They have attempted to fix my shocks three times since 2019 with faulty parts, and even managed to break a part using the incorrect tools. I essentially purchased a new car with issues that Honda Canada provided the dealership with the same faulty part again, and now my warranty has expired. It's frustrating... I would advise steering clear of Gore Motors Honda in The City Of Thunder Bay Drivers and be cautious as Honda Canada seems to not uphold their warranty agreements. By Michelle Marie in Thunder Bay. I popped in for the tour. The guide was very knowledgeable, and it was quite fascinating to watch the cars being assembled. I recommend budgeting around 60-90 minutes for the experience. Cheers!

In order to work here, you must be willing to forgo taking a holiday and be ready to cancel any plans you may have to assist in production and work a 3-shift rotation. Definitely not worth it at all.
Kathleen Gonzalez (2025-06-09, 5:25 a.m.):
Finest spot to construct a Honda.

One of Honda's premier manufacturing facilities, HCM stands as Honda's inaugural Canadian plant. HCM represents one of the finest workplaces in Canada due to its skilled and passionate associates, impeccable and optimal work environment, and a stellar and seasoned management team.
Philip Kelly (2025-06-04, 11:06 a.m.):
Not too brilliant to work for at all. Loads of baloney promises and false hopes. They treat you like circus monkeys, they do.
Randy Jones (2025-06-02, 11:56 p.m.):
Great place to work, I must say!
Ralph Morales (2025-05-30, 9:32 a.m.):
I only worked there for a 6-month contract and found it to be a jolly good environment to be in and work.
Frank Edwards (2025-05-29, 3:52 a.m.):
