I would not recommend using Shirran’s Taxi services, as they declined to provide me with a ride simply because I had contacted another cab company prior to them. When I questioned their decision by asking, "You are refusing to give me a ride because I called another cab company before you?" they confirmed this was the case. I found their behavior to be extremely impolite and lacking in professionalism. It would be best to look for alternative transportation options rather than dealing with such rude and unprofessional service.

I must say, me and me mate had a grand time with Todd from Shirran's Taxi. The bloke was proper helpful and a genuine fella, ya know. We're new in Bonavista, so he picked us up from St. John's and gave us a fair price, no fuss.

Todd even offered us a spot at one of his hostels for a right good deal. The HI Bonavista place he sorted for us was spot on - clean as a whistle, fully kitted out, and dead easy to get around. It felt like home sweet home, I tell ya.

I wholeheartedly recommend all you travelers out there to give Todd a shout for top-notch service with Shirran's Taxi. He'll make sure you're safe as houses on your journey, mark my words. Cheers! 🚖👍

We 'ad a jolly good trip from St Johns to Bonavista with Todd, who's a top-notch driver and a real gem! I would highly recommend this bus charter company! Cheers again!

We opted for them to journey back to St. John's instead of Marsh's taxi because they were supposed to charge $45 but it ended up being $60 per person. Todd was on time, showing up at 7 as promised, but then he made two stops at gas stations for coffee without refueling, even though there was a Robin's just around the corner (a good Newfoundland Tim Hortons). The scheduled 10-minute break actually took place at a gas station with closed washrooms and no open coffee shop (there was another Robin's just down the street for the second time)! When we first boarded the bus, there were tires in the aisle, but the seats reclined so we were hopeful for a good nap. However, we had to stop along the way to change vehicles and ended up in a party bus... which seemed fun initially, but after a late night out, the flashing strobe lights, leftover beer cans in the cupholders, and long party bench seating were not ideal. We had to request for the lights to be turned off, the heat to be turned on, and when a family with three young children boarded, I couldn't help but feel that this bus was completely inappropriate and unsafe for kids. It was quite disappointing, especially when we were informed during the trip that the cost would be $60 per person instead of the quoted $45 that we had confirmed prior to booking, as well as it being advertised on their Facebook page. My advice would be to simply call Marsh's Taxi - they are reliable and strive to ensure an enjoyable trip.

Had an absolutely brilliant journey! Punctual for both pickup and drop-off. Todd was exceptional!! And we even had the pleasure of riding the #PartyBus too!!

I was informed by the person when booking that they would arrive between 9 and 9:30 in the morning, and they called just 5 minutes before. They showed up early, which is just as bad as being late. They said they tried to call but called the wrong person and then left. Later, they called me from a coffee place, making me leave my car in the parking lot. They then blamed me for being late and couldn't seat me and my sick girlfriend together. This wasn't the first time I used this cab service and had no issues with one driver, but it will definitely be the last time I use it because of this driver.

Todd was absolutely brilliant, accommodating, and so friendly. We are newcomers to Bonavista and he took us on a tour of the city, providing us with detailed information about daily necessities and whereabouts. He delivered exceptional service, arriving on time for our booking and ensuring me and my partner arrived safely, despite our numerous pieces of luggage. Todd even went above and beyond, generously giving us two bicycles with helmets for free, which we now use for commuting to work every day. We were overjoyed and truly impressed by meeting him.
