For next time, register an account and book online; you can breeze in and out in just 10 minutes. I have faith in their expertise. My only qualm is that they experienced a database breach some time ago. I'm unsure if it was ever rectified. It might be worth investigating.

The staff 'round here are absolutely brilliant. They're helpful and always so pleasant to each client. I had Mookie take my blood, and she kindly helped me lay down. She was also incredibly gentle and had a delightful bedside manner - such a sweetheart. I would absolutely recommend coming here above anywhere else. I took my elderly gran (who's in her 80s) to the lab for her appointment, which we'd arranged in advance. Total waste of time – she ended up waiting for over an hour! Funny thing is, when I popped in last week near closing, I was seen in about 10 minutes. What's the point of making appointments if they don't stick to them? Beyond frustrating and a massive letdown. Lifelabs Alliston's service is a real letdown, no doubt about it.

Dreadful establishment. If you 'ave a wee one, steer clear of this place. Brought me one-year-old for blood work, and three o' 'em jabbed 'im five times. Every time they stuck the needle, they kept pokin' 'n movin' it around inside to find the vein, makin' 'im cry even more. That chunky older white lady, so miserable, she was terribly rude to us 'n rough with me little one. She 'ad a temper, puttin' a hot pack on me baby's arm too tight, full o' anger she was. They claim they 'ave training with small kids, but they're very incompetent. Most folks comin' 'ere are seniors 'n they're bein' yelled at. These staff in a healthcare settin' 'ave no compassion at all. Saw dreadful reviews 'ere but didn't take heed, now it's time for someone readin' this to make an extra trip 'n steer clear o' this place. 'opefully they improve, specially with their attitude.

The majority of the staff at the LifeLabs location in Alliston are rather grumpy and unfriendly, I must say. If it were possible for me to switch to another location, I most certainly would. I've been coming here for my regular blood tests for 13 years now, and yet the same individuals on staff continue to treat me like a stranger. The newer staff member is friendly, thankfully, but the other one comes across as quite arrogant.

I'm not sure what her name is, but every time I visit, she attempts to send me away by claiming she's unsure if she can draw my blood that day. She actually did this to me once when I was pregnant and had an appointment! It was a terrible experience with her, and she definitely needs some customer service training.
