Sharon Flores (2025-06-09, 12:31 a.m.):
Today I was so nervous to have my blood test done, and the lovely soul who took my blood was truly a godsend. She was incredibly polite, kind, and made me feel completely at ease. Her positive energy was simply beautiful and she truly brightened my day. I am so thankful that there are such caring individuals who perform such an important task. I didn't catch her name, but she was wearing a beige headband and she is absolutely stunning...which I made sure to tell her! The whole process was also very fast, with no waiting at all. They were extremely efficient in handling the flow of people coming in. I am very impressed! Thank you for being so fantastic!

I have another test scheduled soon, so I will make a point to ask for her name and update my review. I hope she receives the recognition she deserves because she is a true gem!

Update: Her name is Ana, and she was just as sweet as before!

Today I ventured to the lab for a myriad of tests. Honestly, I was quite apprehensive to go given the plethora of negative reviews circulating, nevertheless, I understand the importance of forming my own opinion. Upon arrival, I queued for approximately 30 minutes, a standard occurrence in these settings, and the staff were incredibly courteous. The service exceeded my expectations. I've heard murmurs of recent changes in personnel, so I would recommend giving it another chance if you're open to it. Personally, I'm relieved I visited today as now I have discovered a facility that is much closer to my residence. We are all facing challenges, and showing kindness towards one another truly does make a difference.

The ladies who operate this laboratory truly do care.
Debra Gutierrez (2025-06-02, 10:23 a.m.):
If I could give a zero star I would. The receptionist is a complete DALT! The staff is absolutely dreadful.
Jeffrey Lewis (2025-06-01, 8:03 a.m.):
What a splendid and tidy establishment, with exceptionally prompt service and staff that are truly courteous.
Teresa Watson (2025-05-30, 5:53 p.m.):
Fast and effective, I must say.
Chloe Anderson (2025-05-27, 12:43 p.m.):
Mouki was absolutely brilliant and very kind, she carried out my blood work quickly and gently. I have a terrible fear of needles and blood, and all the staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel so at ease. I cannot thank the staff at this location enough!
Kimberly Miller (2025-05-23, 10:26 a.m.):
I 'ave been to the old place and the new place in Alliston, and let me tell ya, I 'ave found all these women to be extremely friendly and courteous. I 'ave neva 'ad to wait very long, as they keep patients movin'. I almost enjoy my visits. I am a very friendly person meself and appreciate everyone workin' in this office. I am a tricky one to get blood out of, but these women give it their best shot and they succeed. I am so grateful for this. It takes patience, and they all 'ave it. I highly recommend them. Cheers!
Samantha Nguyen (2025-05-22, 6:32 a.m.):
The staff are dreadfully miserable. You'll find yourself waiting for hours, even with an appointment, but it's the sole lab in the town, leaving you with no alternatives.
Terry Sullivan (2025-05-20, 7:29 p.m.):
Brought my 6-year-old and 19-month-old for blood tests today, and the ladies were absolutely brilliant and efficient. They were great with the kids, and their professionalism and confidence were top-notch. Thank you so much, ladies!
Stephen Powell (2025-05-20, 3:20 p.m.):
I highly recommend booking an appointment with this blood testing service. They offer quick and efficient service.
Michael Price (2025-05-20, 1:10 p.m.):
I popped in earlier today with an elderly relative. Given that it was a bustling Monday at noon, we hadn't booked an appointment. The blood work and ECG ended up taking about an hour altogether, but that was expected since there were 6 people ahead of us in the queue, with another 6 folks already waiting. The staff were quite efficient, and the receptionist was friendly. I'd suggest making an appointment next time, or considering a different day or time slot. However, we had initially stopped by the Millpond Medical Centre upstairs, so we thought we'd just get everything done in one go.
Russell Peterson (2025-05-19, 2:57 p.m.):
I popped by the site today with my two little ones. The whole process was a breeze, the place was absolutely spotless. The staff were incredibly friendly and really put us at ease. I really can't understand why there are so many negative reviews!
Sharon Morales (2025-05-16, 5:17 a.m.):
Absolutely dreadful customer service. They really ought to improve their patient appointment management. I found myself waiting in a lengthy queue, and when I politely reminded them that my appointment was now 10 minutes overdue, I was rudely scolded and instructed to wait in line. So, could someone kindly explain the purpose of booking an appointment online?
Ava Gomez (2025-05-16, 12:00 a.m.):
I visited Life Labs today to have my bloodwork done. It was 11:30 am and I have life-threatening conditions. When I arrived, the lady in the hallway asked me if I had an appointment. I replied that I did not. She informed me that they were fully booked for the day and only had a limited number of slots available for walk-ins. There was only one lady in the waiting room and one lady in the hall. It's no wonder people feel frustrated when they prioritize money over healthcare. Disappointing service at the Alliston location.
Bobby Jackson (2025-05-15, 7:41 a.m.):
My doctor is just above this life labs. I was sent right after an appointment and was in and out in a total time of 40 minutes, not bad considering I had no appointment. The staff were great, helpful, friendly, and very accommodating. I am not the easiest person to find veins or able to sit up during the process, so that's why I had to wait a little longer. Highly recommend! 👌
Willie Watson (2025-05-14, 7:38 p.m.):
You'd be better off going somewhere else to get a blood sample, it's super disorganized. You'd be better off driving to Barrie or Bradford.
Sophia Perry (2025-05-13, 4:41 a.m.):
Always professional and polite, never 'ad any issues, guv'nah!
Angela Ramos (2025-05-12, 9:21 a.m.):
Today, I had a rather unpleasant experience with the nurse who was attending to patients. She seemed unreasonably unpleasant towards everyone in the line, as if we were all somehow at fault. I had booked an appointment online in advance, yet I still found myself waiting in line for 15 minutes. To top it off, a lady with an appointment scheduled 10 minutes after mine was seen before me. I understand that 15-20 minutes might seem like a small detail, but then what was the point of making an appointment? It disrupted some of my plans and left me feeling frustrated.
