After being billed multiple times for fees, having to explain myself and wasting my time to get refunded. Even when I decided to let it go at times. I have made the decision to close my accounts with this bank. Despite the accounts being closed.... they still managed to charge me fees!!! Even though I clearly stated "I won't be dealing with this nonsense?" the staff member mocked me by inquiring if there were any fees on a closed account? to which their colleague replied no. And behold!!! Fees mysteriously appeared in my supposedly closed account!!!!!!

Terrible counter service! There was this clerk with brown hair, glasses, and a shabby wool sweater chatting away with an older gentleman, letting him spin his life yarn for ages while the rest of us customers waited impatiently for service. And to top it off, this clerk had the nerve to give silly responses to other customers; utterly unsuited for public-facing roles, I must say. They really ought to find a different line of work.

I won't be returning to this branch for counter service again.

On the flip side, the elderly lady at the reception was an absolute gem - kind and efficient, putting the counter clerk to shame.
