Good day, I find myself in the line at 3:29 am, it has been ten minutes since I arrived and I am patiently waiting for my turn as usual. Every Thursday it is the same story, only one person attending the cash register and the process moves at a snail's pace.

1. Service is frustratingly slow
2. The staff seem unenthusiastic, perhaps because customers hardly ever greet them with a smile, making their job even more challenging
3. When I visit another bank, they need to make phone calls just to access my information
4. The systems are somewhat archaic, with my details kept in a physical file in a locker – reminiscent of the practices we had back in 1993 at the doctor's office
5. There is no mobile app available
6. Online check deposits are not possible
7. They are closed on weekends
8. And to top it off, they close at 4 p.m. on Fridays!

I have decided to switch banks after this experience. I am sharing this feedback for any potential customers who might be considering this bank – others are likely already aware of these issues!
