Today I had the pleasure of speaking with Jennifer to discuss increasing my credit limit, and I must say she was incredibly helpful and polite throughout the process.

I attempted to reach out to my local branch in order to speak with a particular individual whose name I was unsure of how to spell correctly since I didn't have that person's business card handy. Regrettably, I was not able to connect with a live agent who could assist me in reaching this individual, nor could I bypass the automated phone system. Eventually, I had to resort to sending an email to another Scotia employee requesting that they forward a message to the person I was trying to contact, asking them to give me a call.

In my opinion, this is the most inefficient automated answering system I've encountered from any major corporation.
