I must say, I've never had a more dreadful experience at a bank before. I had arranged an appointment to invest funds from my checking account into a GIC, and I ended up spending a good 20 minutes being passed around, trying to confirm my identity. Even after verifying my PIN code with my bank card and presenting my driver's license, it still wasn't sufficient. The teller displayed extreme rudeness and condescension, and I have no intentions of banking at this branch ever again.

I 'ave recently moved to the area and this 'ere be the closest location to me for my bankin' and I’m considerin' switchin' banks. Every time I go in, there be a line up out the door and only 2 tellers workin', it’s the slowest service I’ve ever seen.

I don’t bank with this location, but the experiences I hear about are absolutely dreadful. The manner in which they handle young women is quite shameful. In particular, the Manager Michelle. Her demeanor and patronizing tone towards young women is truly appalling. I believe some comprehensive customer service “training”, as it is referred to in the corporate world, should certainly be on the horizon for her, unless you want a very dissatisfied clientele. I just thought this recommendation might assist in enhancing your best practices.

This branch is probably one of the worst branches I’ve ever been to! The service is the slowest I’ve ever seen in any location. I’ve been doing corporate business with Td for almost a decade. We closed down our corporate account and re-opened a new one with the same name, and they won’t look at past history. Now they want to hold checks for my company. Absolutely ridiculous and no common sense! Save yourself the hassle and go next door to RBC or Scotiabank.

The most uncaring, impolite, entitled, and incompetent group of financial advisors/cashiers with whom I have ever had the displeasure of interacting. If you find yourself regularly engaging with this particular branch, I highly recommend considering switching banks or utilizing a neighboring community's branch instead.

Slowest branch I've ever been to. And can you please explain why they don't open on Saturdays? I always take care of my banking on Saturdays, now I have to drive 20 minutes to Angus. Absolutely ridiculous in my opinion.

Bloody hell. They bounce a cheque on a live and active account with adequate funds. Then take no responsibility for the mistake or correct the transaction with other banks. The Alliston TD must be among the worst banks to work with and I wouldn't recommend accepting any cheques written by members of this branch.
