Jeffrey Diaz (2025-07-03, 11:30 p.m.):
Absolutely brilliant experience over the course of multiple years. They've saved me a pretty penny by advising against unnecessary work—like that one time I shelled out $300 with them instead of the jaw-dropping $1600 quote from another shop. Their craftsmanship is always top-notch. Can't recommend them highly enough. Cheers!
John Powell (2025-06-30, 10:39 p.m.):
They did a brilliant job replacing the tires on my truck. No more vibrations and it's incredibly quiet now. Couldn't be happier. Thanks once more.
Jeffrey Graham (2025-06-30, 2:27 a.m.):
I recently had my car in for a fuel pump replacement due to a leaking gasket. However, upon inspecting the connections, I noticed that they had accidentally broken a fuel line without informing me. Instead of addressing the issue properly, they attempted to conceal it by using a zip tie to keep the line intact. When I brought this to their attention, they didn't acknowledge or rectify the situation. This lack of professionalism and incompetence in handling basic tasks like removing a fuel line was disappointing. I would advise against choosing this auto repair shop, as you may encounter similar issues.
Dennis Roberts (2025-06-28, 8:03 a.m.):
These blokes are top-notch and I never leave a repair feeling let down. They offer what I reckon to be reasonable prices.
Walter Perry (2025-06-27, 10:28 a.m.):
Absolutely dreadful experience. Do not be deceived by the pleasant demeanor. The quality of work is subpar and the customer service is lacking. I invested over 5000 and was left completely dissatisfied with the outcome. Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of this establishment.
Bryan Allen (2025-06-25, 7:41 p.m.):
Had our battery and alternator replaced a full 4 days ahead of schedule, and they ended up charging us way less than the initial estimate. These guys are top-notch, would definitely recommend them!
Rose Carter (2025-06-20, 11:59 a.m.):
Outstanding team, they really know their stuff and have the proper shop and tools to do the job right.
Emily Adams (2025-06-20, 10:49 a.m.):
Fired up Auto in Black Diamond was, in my opinion, a truly honest and professional establishment to do business with. Their quotes and pricing were much more reasonable compared to what you would get at a dealership. They were always on time with their scheduling. Moving forward, they will definitely be getting my business.
Diane Graham (2025-06-20, 6:27 a.m.):
Brought a tire in for repair. They fixed it and inflated it, then placed it outside for pickup. They did fix it, but did they test it before leaving it outside in -30-degree weather? No! I took the tire home, put it back on my vehicle, and it went flat again. Brought it back inside, conducted our own tests, and discovered it was still losing air. It seems they didn't warm up the tire for the beads to seal properly. Ended up fixing the tire ourselves at home. Will we return to them? I highly doubt it. While they preach supporting local businesses in our small town, we'll choose another shop next time, not here, that's for sure.
Richard Hill (2025-06-18, 7:06 a.m.):
After splurging nearly $4000 on a top engine rebuild, fresh battery, and new spark plugs for my 2010 PT Cruiser, it was returned to me with a misfire issue and the engine light persistently illuminating. Now, not even two months down the line, I find myself grappling with engine troubles once more, and the car has given up the ghost once again. To add insult to injury, I keep receiving the pesky p0440 code, a problem that existed even before I took it to the shop. I am absolutely fuming – for that hefty sum of $4000, what kind of substandard workmanship is this? This auto repair shop is as shady as they come. I strongly advise against using their services.
Bradley Simmons (2025-06-12, 5:58 a.m.):
Superb service at fair prices, I must say.
Gloria Kim (2025-06-12, 3:15 a.m.):
This here repair shop is the most honest one I've ever been to.
Juan Sullivan (2025-06-11, 12:52 a.m.):
The staff was really friendly and knowledgeable. The final bill was spot on with the initial quote. Definitely will be coming back!
Megan Graham (2025-06-10, 12:43 p.m.):
Finally, a credible auto repair shop! I had another garage in Black Diamond telling me I needed new struts and springs costing $1,700.00 plus. However, Fired Up took a look and said absolutely not. They could have easily carried out the repairs and taken my money, but no, they operate with integrity.
Roy Lopez (2025-06-08, 5:05 p.m.):
Outstanding service. The team is trustworthy and offers fair prices. I never feel like I'm being overcharged, which is quite a pleasant surprise for an auto repair shop.
Lisa Hamilton (2025-06-07, 10:09 a.m.):
The blokes at this garage really know their stuff. They sorted out the front wheel bearings on me SUV without any hassle. And I must say, top-notch service from the folks at the front desk as well. Cheers!
Rebecca Coleman (2025-06-07, 4:04 a.m.):
SAVE $$$ BY VISITING THIS PLACE! I was in need of 4 new tires for my truck as well as a service. I am absolutely thrilled that I chose to bring my truck here, and I will definitely be returning in the future!
Jerry Turner (2025-06-07, 12:02 a.m.):
The staff at this auto repair shop is quite knowledgeable, and the service they provide is absolutely top-notch.
Roy Martinez (2025-06-06, 9:13 p.m.):
I strongly advise against using this establishment for any auto repairs. They have a track record of causing significant damage to vehicles, resulting in costly repairs with no accountability on their part.
Judith Butler (2025-06-03, 7:35 a.m.):
So I own a tow truck and had some issues the other day when it was -47 degrees outside, and they stopped what they were doing to work on my truck. Thank you so much, Dan, you are the man!
