We were really disappointed with our experience at this store. The parts we received were of poor quality and ended up costing us an extra $350 in labor to make them work properly. We have been trying to get a credit since November, but every time we contact them, we just get the runaround. It's now the end of January and when I called again, I was told that Jay has been on holiday since November. Seriously? Can't anyone else handle these issues? The person I spoke to put me on hold and then just hung up on me. We will definitely not be using this store again!

Do not purchase from this establishment!!! I acquired headlights for my vehicle and they provided me with the incorrect ones despite their appearance being identical. The manager, Roger, informed me that they were intended for a coupe, not a sedan. Upon returning home, I discovered the error and contacted them in hopes of receiving a refund or exchanging them for the correct set. However, the manager claimed to be excessively occupied each time I reached out and assured me he would return my call, which he never did. After attempting to contact him 3-4 times with no success, he now completely avoids my calls. TAKE CAUTION!!!

The owner ignored my repeated phone calls, and when I requested a refund, a staff member assured me it would be processed but it never happened. I am currently in the process of disputing the charge with my credit card company. This has been the worst experience ever and I strongly believe this establishment should be closed down.

NEVER PURCHASE FROM THIS GUY! I BOUGHT AN ENGINE FROM HIM AND IT'S MAKING A KNOCKING SOUND NOW. HE CLAIMS IT WAS WORKING PERFECTLY FINE BEFORE. WHEN I OPENED THE VALVE COVER TO INSPECT AND FIX A LEAK, HE SUDDENLY CLAIMS THAT I VOIDED THE WARRANTY BY OPENING IT. ACCORDING TO THEIR POLICY, IT STATES TO FIX SEALS OR ADDRESS LEAKS BEFORE INSTALLATION, WHICH I DID, YET HE STILL DECIDED TO VOID THE WARRANTY.
