Absolute rubbish! This association is constantly poking their noses where they don't belong. If you dare to have a differing opinion and go against THEIR prescribed way of doing things, they will scrutinize you for any fault or even try to label you with mental problems. As a previous commenter mentioned, they unite to tarnish your reputation and in my situation, I was unjustly barred from receiving home care services. Many individuals are too frightened to voice their grievances out of fear of facing consequences, and sadly, they are justified in their caution. Hey, life doesn't unfold like the neatly scripted tales in their little books.

I was looking for information on reimbursement for treatment in Quebec and found all the necessary details on how it functions. Excellent service.
Elizabeth Ward (2025-05-15, 6:32 p.m.):
I must express my disappointment with the service provided when I received a document for completion. The information requested was quite personal, and as someone who had never encountered this type of document from this "government-office" association before, I found the telephone conversation with the agent to be quite challenging. It felt like I was burdening the agent with what I thought were simple questions, seeking clarification on the origin and connection of this service to others.

The fact that the telephone number was based in Rimouski but directed to a teleworking agent in Rivière-Du-Loup, who seemed hesitant and unable to provide information about the documents she had sent me, despite having my file in front of her at home, added to my frustration. There were several instances of repeated and almost awkward lapses in the agent's memory. She repeatedly asked me if I had received two different letters or documents to complete.

When I mentioned that I had only received one of the two documents, the agent insisted that they had sent me two, stating it was impossible for me to have only received one. It took a good 2-3 minutes of back-and-forth before she agreed to send me the second document. Throughout the conversation, I couldn't shake the feeling that I was speaking to someone from a dubious network, rather than a professional government service. Can you please confirm that this service is indeed associated with Service Québec, and that the personal questionnaire requested is a legitimate part of their process?
Elizabeth Hamilton (2025-05-10, 12:33 a.m.):
She's doing the best she can. Thank you once more.
